Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen días without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen días from the fecha of contract conclusion.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an correo electrónico) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has caducado.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all pagos received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen días from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of pago as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

— the Provider has fully performed the service, and
— the consumer expressly consented to the Provider beginning the performance of the service before expiry of the withdrawal period, and
— the consumer confirmed their knowledge that their right of withdrawal is lost upon complete performance of the contract by the Provider.

When ordering a paid plan on fairsend.de, this consent is obtained during the checkout process.

Special Provisions for Single Transferencia (One-Time Purchase)

The Single Transferencia (one-time purchase) constitutes a one-time digital service. The right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance of the service (completion of the transferenciaencia de archivos), provided the consumer has consented to premature performance.

Special Provisions for Suscripcións

The regular cancelarlation of a suscripción does not constitute exercise of the right of withdrawal. Suscripcións may be cancelarled at any time effective at the end of the current billing period via cuenta configuración or by correo electrónico to info@fairsend.de.

The right of withdrawal for suscripcións relates to the initial contract conclusion. For automatic renewals of suscripcións, there is no renewed right of withdrawal, but rather the ordinary right of termination pursuant to § 5 of our GTC.
