As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 para. 1 DDG under general law. According to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obligated as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

No Responsibility for Transferred Content
Fairsend is a technical service for encrypted file transfers. All files transferred via the platform are encrypted client-side with end-to-end encryption (AES-256-GCM). The encryption key never leaves the user's browser at any time. We therefore have neither knowledge of nor the technical ability to view, inspect, or filter the content of transferred files.
Responsibility for transferred content lies exclusively with the respective sender. We assume no liability for the nature, legality, accuracy, or quality of files transferred via our platform.
Liability for Links
Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognizable at the time of linking. However, a permanent content control of the linked pages is unreasonable without concrete evidence of a legal violation. Upon becoming aware of legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.
