If an upload is interrupted, for example on a mobile connection at the construction site, select the same files again in the same browser. Fairsend then uploads only the missing parts.
Custom expiry from Premium
You decide how long a version of a plan stays available. After that, it is deleted automatically.

Does Fairsend replace a project platform?
No. Fairsend is a transfer service, not an archive and not a project room. It delivers a version of a plan to the parties involved, while storage stays in your own systems.
Which formats can I send?
Fairsend transfers files unchanged, so DWG, IFC, RVT or PDF work as well.
Can parties download without an account?
Yes. They open the link in the browser and need no software.
Can I send a transfer to several specialist planners?
Yes. The number of recipients per transfer depends on the plan. You see the download status per recipient.
How do I tell which version arrived?
The proof of delivery contains the SHA-256 checksums of the files. They let you check whether a file matches the one that was sent.
Is the Free plan enough for smaller plans?
For a single transfer to one recipient, yes. There, a transfer is available for one complete download and is deleted afterwards.
