Fairsend for counseling centers, churches and associations

Exchange applications, notices and supporting documents encrypted, including with people who have no account and no IT of their own.

The situation

Social counseling, debt counseling and church bodies work with official notices, proof of income, copies of IDs and reports on personal circumstances. Often these concern health, religion or origin, which are special categories under Art. 9 GDPR. People seeking advice frequently send documents as a photo through a messenger. Associations keep membership lists and donation data, usually run by volunteers on private devices. Church organizations additionally observe their own data protection rules.

How Fairsend helps

Accept documents through an upload link

People seeking advice upload documents and photos encrypted, also from a smartphone. They need neither an account nor an app.

Password protection from Premium

You give the password in person or by phone.

Encrypted messages

You send short confidential notes as an encrypted message that deletes itself after reading. For this you need a free account.

Custom expiry from Premium

You decide how long documents stay available. After that, they are deleted automatically.

Reminders from Premium

If a recipient has not downloaded the files, they automatically receive one reminder.

Suitable plan

Premium

€9.90 / month

or €79.00 per year

  • Up to 50 GB per transfer
  • Available for up to 30 days

Premium includes password protection, recipient code, reminders and a custom expiry for small offices and associations.

Working as a team

Larger organizations work on the Team plan with roles and a shared address book. Owners and admins see all team transfers, so you should assign roles deliberately. Password protection can be made mandatory for everyone.
