The situation
A wedding shoot or a corporate film quickly adds up to many gigabytes of RAW files, master files and raw footage. Many services limit size or lifetime, and on the client side links get lost in mailboxes. Pictures of people are personal data, and unreleased material should not stay freely accessible. After a delivery it is also often unclear whether the client has downloaded everything.

Frequently asked questions
Is Fairsend an online gallery?
No. Fairsend delivers files. There is no gallery with image selection for clients.
How often can the client download?
On the paid plans, as often as they like until the period ends, unless you set a download limit. On the Free plan, a transfer is available for one complete download and is deleted afterwards.
Is the quality preserved?
Yes. Fairsend transfers files unchanged and compresses nothing.
What happens if the download is interrupted on the client's side?
They can resume the download. Parts that have already been downloaded are not downloaded again.
Can clients or second shooters send me files?
Yes. They upload files encrypted through an upload link, without an account of their own. Each link works once.
Is Fairsend a long-term archive?
No. Fairsend is a transfer service. Keep backing up your originals in your own archive.
