The situation
HR departments and payroll offices work daily with payslips, employment contracts, references, sick notes and application documents. These contain salaries, bank details and in part health information, that is, data under Art. 9 GDPR. A salary list in the wrong mailbox affects many employees at once. Applications arrive as email attachments in shared mailboxes and often stay there longer than planned.

Working as a team
The HR department works as a team with fixed roles, so that only authorized people change settings. Note that owners and admins see all team transfers. With the company login, staff sign in through Microsoft Entra ID, and through the Outlook add-in they send directly from the email.

Frequently asked questions
Is Fairsend suitable for sending payslips every month?
For individual transfers, yes. Fairsend is not an employee portal. Anyone who wants to automate many transfers uses the REST API from Team.
How long do applications stay with Fairsend?
Until the period of your plan ends. After that, they are deleted automatically. You decide yourself about further processing and deletion in your own systems.
Can we fit the widget into our design?
You embed the widget into your website with a code snippet or use a link. You set the heading and text yourself, as well as a limit for submissions per day.
Who sees our transfers?
Owners and admins see all transfers of the team. With the setting "Team members only", new transfers can be downloaded only by signed-in team members. You should therefore assign roles deliberately.
Do employees need an account?
Not to download or to upload through an upload link.
Is the Free plan enough?
For individual transfers to one recipient, yes. There, a transfer is available for one complete download. Password protection is available from Premium, approval and widget from Team.
