The situation
Draft deeds, land register extracts and articles of association contain personal and financial details, as do annual accounts, audit reports and valuation reports. Both professions are bound by professional confidentiality. Often several parties are involved, and a misaddressed transfer then affects several parties at once. Audits also bring together large amounts of data that are too extensive for an email attachment.

Staff work with fixed roles in a shared team. Owners and admins see all team transfers and can make four-eyes approval binding. You manage clients and parties in the shared address book.

Frequently asked questions
Does Fairsend replace the channels to the land registry and the registers?
No. For electronic legal communication, keep using the channels intended for it. Fairsend is meant for exchange with parties and clients.
Can I send a draft to several parties at once?
Yes, by email to several recipients. The number per transfer depends on the plan. You see the download status per recipient.
Can four-eyes approval be made mandatory?
Yes. Owners and admins can set it as binding for all team transfers. Transfers then go by email only, and the sender cannot approve their own transfer.
How long do documents stay available?
As long as you set when sending, within the limits of your plan. After that, the files are deleted automatically. Fairsend is a transfer service and does not replace retention in your own systems.
Can recipients confirm their identity?
From Premium, you can turn on a recipient code. With it, the recipient confirms access to their email address. This is not a verification of the person.
Is the Free plan enough?
For a single transfer to one recipient, yes. There, a transfer is available for one complete download. Approval and audit log are available from Team.
