Working as a team
Nursing management and administration send as a team, so that transfers do not depend on a single person. Owners and admins can make password protection or recipient code mandatory for everyone. Additional seats can be added as an add-on.

Frequently asked questions
Can relatives without technical knowledge manage this?
Relatives open a link in the browser and download the file. No account or app is needed. With password protection, you tell them the password beforehand.
Can we use Fairsend from a tablet?
Yes. Fairsend runs in the browser, also on tablets and smartphones.
Does Fairsend replace care documentation or the telematics infrastructure?
No. Fairsend is a transfer service, not an archive, and is not connected to the German healthcare telematics infrastructure. Your documentation stays in your care software.
May documents go to relatives?
That depends on powers of attorney and consents. Clarify this case by case and with your data protection officer. Fairsend helps with sending but does not replace this check.
Can we see whether a transfer arrived?
Yes. The proof of delivery shows the complete download per recipient. You also receive an email as soon as it has been downloaded.
Is a cheaper plan enough for a small service?
If only one person sends, Premium may be enough, with password protection and a custom expiry. The Free plan suits individual transfers to one recipient, available for one complete download.
